What to Expect

In-Person Coaching

Stepping into a gym for the first time can be an intimidating experience. With a private gym and expert coach by your side, we can make that first step a little bit easier. 

If you're no stranger to a gym and simply want the added accountability and personal touch of having a coach, find out how to get started below!

How it works:

Contact Me

Fill out the form in the Contact section, including details of when you would like to train, how often you would like sessions, and ideally any goals you want to work towards. I will then confirm this availability or suggest alternative times. 

Purchase Sessions

Select how many sessions you want by clicking the button below. If you are buying a block of 10 sessions, I will also send you a discount code for this. Once paid for, I will send you a link to my Coaching App for you to download (if you would prefer not to have the app, that's fine too!)

Turn Up and Train!

I will then book your sessions and upload these to the coaching app. Then, it's up to you to turn up and train! I always try to bring as much energy and enthusiasm as I can to sessions, and I expect the same from you!
