By purchasing and engaging with any products or services provided by SB Perform, including but not limited to In-Person Coaching and Online Coaching, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure both you and your coach have a clear understanding of expectations, payment policies, and procedures.
1. Payment Terms
Online Coaching: Payment for all Online Coaching services is taken monthly, with charges occurring following any trial periods. After the initial trial period (if applicable), payments will automatically continue on a monthly basis unless cancelled as per the cancellation policy below.
In-Person Coaching: Payment for In-Person Coaching must be made prior to the training session. This applies to both single sessions and block bookings. Failure to make the payment in advance may result in the inability to participate in the session.
2. Cancellations
Online Coaching: Clients may cancel their Online Coaching services at any time through the Everfit App or in writing addressed to SB Perform via email at stu@sbperform.co.uk. Cancellations must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
In-Person Coaching: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling any In-Person Coaching sessions. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the payment for that session or a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the missed session. Cancellations or rescheduling should be done via email (stu@sbperform.co.uk) or through the Everfit App messaging service.
3. Service Disruptions
In the event that your assigned coach is unable to provide a program or service for any reason, a refund for that period will be offered. If applicable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative coach or solution, and any unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
4. Online Coaching Tiers
We offer three tiers of Online Coaching with varying levels of support:
Each tier comes with its own pricing, commitment, and cancellation policies as outlined in the package description. Clients may upgrade or downgrade tiers at any time with prior notice.
5. Health & Safety
PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire): All clients must sign the PAR-Q before participating in any coaching services, whether Online or In-Person. This document ensures that you are fit and healthy to engage in physical activities. Clients who fail to provide a completed PAR-Q may have their membership cancelled until the necessary documentation is received.
Health and Fitness Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and capable of undertaking physical activities. It is advised that you consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program if you have existing health conditions.
6. Refunds and Refund Process
Online Coaching: Refunds are available if services are not provided as agreed upon (e.g., coach unavailability), and will be processed on a pro-rata basis for any incomplete period.
In-Person Coaching: Refunds are not provided for individual sessions, but if a client misses a session without 24 hours' notice, the payment will be forfeited or a cancellation fee may apply as per the cancellation policy above.
7. Modifications to Terms
SB Perform reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of the services after the change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
SB Perform and its coaches will not be held liable for any injury, illness, or loss that occurs as a result of participating in coaching services. By using our services, you agree to assume all risks associated with the activities. Your coach may provide a copy of their Insurance Certificate upon request.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.

When signing up to any coaching service, you will be asked to provide a signature acknowledging that you have read and agree to the above Terms and Conditions.
